Returns & Exchanges
You can return the item within 30 days after you received the products if the item is unused and remains in its original packaging,some items ship with an attached security tag. Items returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. The refund will not include the original shipping and handling changes that were paid. Your refund will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your return and will be send back via your original method of payment.
1. If you want to cancel the order:
We can understand that you need to cancel the order temporarily due to some circumstances, so please contact us ([email protected]) within 24 hours and tell us your order number.Orders exceed 24 hours cannot be canceled or changed because we process and ship orders quickly.
The specific criteria are as follows:
(1) Within 24 hours, and the items are not processed,we will refund you the full amount. However, we will charge $3 as transfer fees which will be charged from Paypal or credit card from now on (17th July, 2021).
(2) If the items have been packaged within 24 hours but they are not sent,we need to deduct 15% of the total amount as package fee,hope you can understand it.
(3) If the goods have been shipped, we are sorry to tell you that the order can’t be cancelled and please feel free to contact us by email if you have any question after the items’ arrival.
2. If you need to return:
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the goods ([email protected]),we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Other points need to know as follows:
(1) All returned items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and in the original packaging.
(2) The freight generated in the return process needs to be borne by the customer. To exchange the goods, you need to make up the shipping cost that we will send back to you. The refund will be refunded after deducting the postage fee.
(3) If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised.
(4) We will email you detailed return instructions to return your item(s) as requested.
(5) Items are protected by EZbestdeal against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. After that time, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy.
(6) If you're returning more than one item, we may ask you to ship items together or in separate boxes.
(7) Your credit will be issued after we have received and processed your returned item(s). This time may vary; if you're receiving a refund via credit card, please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
(8) If your ezbestdeal.com order included a free gift with purchase, you MUST also return this item when returning your order. If you fail to return your free item, it's retail value will be deducted from your refund. As with all product returns, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
(9) If an item is received beyond the 30 day return period or is not in “returnable” condition as described above, the customer will not be eligible for refund or replacement and will be responsible to pay for the item to be shipped back to them. After 30 days, if payment is not received for the return shipping of the non-returnable goods, the product will be destroyed.
3.Incorrect Delivery Address
we ships all orders to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting all required address information. In the situation that shipping information was incorrect or incomplete during the checkout process, we will not be responsible for any additional charges to reship or retrieve a package.
